PP Woven Valve Bag
PP Woven Valve Bags are designed for fast, cleaner filling of powdered or granular products through a small valve opening rather than a full-width open top. Once filled, the internal product pressure and valve construction help close the opening, making the format useful for cement, mortar, flour, feed, chemicals, minerals and other products handled on valve filling equipment. The woven polypropylene body may be coated, laminated or combined with an inner barrier depending on moisture and dust-control requirements. Dimensions, fabric weight, valve size, perforation, lamination and printing should be matched to the filling machine, product flow characteristics and target packed weight.
PP Woven Valve Bag
A PP woven valve bag is filled through a dedicated valve sleeve positioned at the bag corner or top area. This design supports controlled filling and can reduce dust compared with a conventional open-mouth sack when used with suitable valve filling equipment.

Applications

Advantages and Important Notes
The valve dimensions and air-release design must be matched to the customer’s filling spout and filling speed. Fine powders may require additional barrier layers or micro-perforation control. Samples should be tested on the actual packing line before final production.
