Open-Mouth PP Woven Sacks are a standard heavy-duty packaging format for dry bulk products such as rice, grain, flour, sugar, animal feed, fertilizer, seeds, sand and industrial materials. The full-width open top allows fast filling by manual or automatic equipment, while the woven polypropylene body provides good tear and puncture resistance for transport and storage. Market reference specifications commonly use approximately 55–120 GSM fabric with capacities from about 10–50 kg, although size, GSM, weave density, color, printing, UV treatment and closure method can be customized. After filling, the top can be stitched or otherwise closed according to the customer’s packing process.

Applications

Advantages and Important Notes
Bag dimensions should be selected around both product density and target fill weight. Buyers should also confirm pallet pattern, sewing method, storage conditions and whether moisture protection is required. If the packed material is hygroscopic or very fine, an inner PE liner or laminated construction may be more appropriate than an uncoated sack.
