Ice Bags
Ice bags are strong polyethylene bags intended for packing, storing and transporting bagged ice. Because the contents are heavy, cold and often wet on the outside, the bag specification should be selected around filled weight, seal strength, puncture resistance and the closing method. Ice bags can be produced as flat bags or with another approved closure format, with clear or customized film, dimensions and thickness to suit the required ice pack size. They are used by ice producers, food-service distributors, convenience stores, supermarkets, hospitality operations and event suppliers. Food-contact requirements and any destination-market labeling needs should be confirmed before production.
