PP Woven Bag with PE Liner
PP Woven Bags with PE Liners use a strong woven polypropylene outer sack together with an inner polyethylene film liner. The dual-layer structure is commonly selected for powders, sugar, flour, fertilizer, chemicals, food ingredients and other products that need better protection from moisture, dust or leakage than a plain woven bag can provide. Market reference specifications commonly use customizable woven fabric around 50–120 GSM and PE liners roughly 20–100 microns depending on the application. The liner can be inserted loosely, attached or sewn according to the packing method. Bag size, liner material, closure, printing and carton or bale packing can all be customized.
PP Woven Bag with PE Liner
This bag combines the mechanical strength of a woven PP outer sack with a separate polyethylene liner. The liner creates an additional barrier against moisture, fine-particle leakage and contamination, while the woven shell supports handling and stacking.

Applications

The liner material and thickness should be selected around moisture sensitivity, particle size and filling temperature. Buyers should also confirm whether the liner must be sealed independently from the outer sack and whether it needs to be fixed in position during automatic filling.
